As a Mindfulness Coach, I help clients focus on being in the moment, by purposely paying attention to thoughts, emotions, and their senses. Some of the skills and concepts taught are:
 

  • Foundations of mindfulness

  • Mindful meditation

  • A variety of mindful techniques and practices


 

Applying these skills assists one in leading a more intentional life on a daily basis. 


 

I offer individual sessions, family sessions, group classes, and private event classes.
