Reiki helps in restoring physical and emotional well-being.  Reiki sessions can give clients a sense of peace of mind and clarity along with overall relaxation, bringing about a sense of harmony and wholeness for clients. 

 

I combine traditional Reiki techniques along with crystals and essential oils into my sessions.  Each session is unique and tailored to the individual client.
